What You'll Do:

• Lead with Purpose: Provide strategic leadership to our group living and clinical services, ensuring they align with our mission and vision.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the implementation and execution of programs, processes, and policies aimed at improving service efficiency and delivery to youth.
• Collaborative Leadership: Foster an environment that prioritizes well-being, empowering team members to achieve their best.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations and programs adhere to relevant legislation and policies, maintaining the highest standards of care and accountability.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support and advance our organizational goals.

Who You Are:

• A dynamic leader with a Master's degree in a related human services field.
• Equipped with 8+ years of experience in the human services sector and 6+ years in senior leadership.
• Skilled in working with clients with complex needs, behavioral issues, developmental disabilities, or mental health disorders.
• An expert in operational, program and clinical management, change management, and strategic planning.
• A team builder who excels in empowering and guiding others to success.
• A communicator with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable about applicable legislation, financial stewardship, and resource allocation.

Salary range $123,044.31 to $166,487.89, depending on experience.
