Senior Product Manager, Workforce IAM (Project Management)
Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Workforce IAM and will serve as the business and strategy leader for several of the core components of Thales' cloud-based access management solution, SafeNet Trusted Access, and the overall Workforce/B2E IAM product strategy.
In this Individual Contributor role, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with a team of product managers, product owners, product architects, and UX designers to develop the strategy and deliver on the Workforce IAM roadmap in coordination with engineering.
You will play a critical role on the Workforce IAM product management team, with overall responsibility for ensuring the ongoing market differentiation of Thales' software-based authenticators including mobile devices and driving an increased adoption of product capabilities by customers. This requires strong cross-functional collaboration with multiple parts of the business beyond engineering and operations, including UX design, marketing, sales, customer success, and customer support.
The position reports to the Director of Product Management & UX Design for Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Key Areas of Responsibility
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workforce IAM in the NORAM region, supporting sales opportunities and client meetings, as necessary.
Support and maintain the existing SafeNet Trusted Access install base globally, by delivering high priority feature requirements in support of a zero-churn objective.
Assist the sales and customer success organizations to grow the Workforce IAM customer base while meeting or exceeding established annual financial targets.
Drive the near-term delivery of synergy use cases leveraging components from SafeNet Trusted Access applied to B2C and/or B2B scenarios delivered via the OneWelcome Identity Platform (e.g., mobile authenticator app).
Create and drive implementation of a product strategy for the successful adoption of FIDO passkeys within Workforce IAM, through an understanding of the complex security and user experience requirements of mid-to-large sized enterprises.
Collaborate with product marketing to accurately position Workforce IAM capabilities in the context of the broader Thales portfolio, complementing of other vendor solutions, and unique selling propositions.
Ensure the internal security, regulatory compliance, and certification of the MobilePASS+ authenticator across all supported platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac) via close collaboration with engineering teams.
Support ad-hoc tactical and strategic initiatives as required by business priorities.
Respond to changing market and business dynamics in an agile manner.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technology or business administration
5+ years of experience in product management
3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Ability to present to and communicate effectively with customers and executive leadership
Demonstrates a combination of strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
