The Opportunity:

In business for over 30 years, PBS is the third largest DMS (Dealership Management System) provider to the North American retail automotive industry. Each month we welcome hundreds of new users to our software platform, and we need your help.

The Role:
Team Lead, Relationship Management is tasked with monitoring and promoting the successful execution of activities by our Relationship Managers (RM) and Senior Relationship Managers (SRM) who are focused on building and maintaining all aspects of the interactions with our larger groups and key accounts. The team lead will also hold RM responsibilities for a small set of accounts with assistance from the team members as required.
Job tasks will include overall responsibility for the execution of plans and campaigns as defined by leadership, team morale, overseeing the training of new hires, and staff daily tasks. Proactive and regular reporting on staff performance, initiative success rates, and special project results will also be a key component of monitoring the success of our endeavors. This will include a focus on promoting and coordinating the interaction and sharing of information with PBS teams.
Identifying problems before they arise and working with leadership on developing solutions that meet or exceed company goals will promote team growth. Activity coordination and mentoring team members to grow both strengths and weaknesses will promote team member evolution which will reflect on the team lead. Supporting the management levels above with advice and issue counsel based on first-hand knowledge of daily team activities is another component to excelling in the role.
