Workplace Experience Specialist

Position Summary
The Workplace Experience Specialist will support a multitude of functions in our Vancouver office while maintaining a creative, collaborative, and productive environment.
This position is to backfill as a temporary replacement for Vancouver Office Manager who will go on a 1 year of maternity leave starting end of March 2025.
Key Areas of Responsibility
This role will be overseeing site support & operations, coordinate projects, plan and execute workplace events, coordinate with external vendors, and support workplace experience initiatives.
Office Services & Projects
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep the facility, building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Responsible for office lease management, oversees projects.
Manage vendor relationships with architects, contractors, and other relevant service providers
Event Support
Lead Vancouver social committee
Own the planning and execution of events/offsites/team meetings including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, employee communications and execution
Environmental Health & Safety
Partners with other functional teams on employee health, physical safety and security needs to ensure compliance and effective execution for emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance.
Respond to alarms, escorts external vendors, prepares onsite documentation
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in workplace operations, corporate real estate, or facilities management or similar field, or in lieu of a degree, 4 years of relevant experience as equivalency.
At least 3 years of professional experience in workplace operations, corporate facilities, and/or real estate.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and give regular status updates to key stakeholders.
Prior experience coordinating with external vendors.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated Total Target Compensation (TTC), inclusive of annual salary and bonus eligibility, for this role is 46,903.85 - 75,521.65. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's status protected by local, provincial, and federal laws.
