Accounting Manager – Inventory & Merchandise Payables (20 Month Contract) (Transportation)

The accounting manager – inventory & merchandise payables is responsible for ensuring that Best Buy Canada financial statements are timely, relevant, accurate and in accordance with US GAAP and Best Buy Enterprise policy. You will be responsible for all aspects of inventory accounting including inventory reserves, shrink, markdown expense, damage write-off, secondary markets, and operational merch AP functions. You will work cohesively with business partners to ensure seamless rollouts of initiatives and projects, providing business acumen and support on cross-functional projects.
In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

Annualized base pay range
$105,000.00 - $125,000.00Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
