Create an amazing customer experience by assisting with electronic products diagnosis, testing and repair
Provide information and expert advice to customers on Best Buy products and services
Perform repairs, upgrades, and related services
Coach and support your team on sales and customer service techniques

What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years' experience testing consumer electronics in a service centre environment
Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
